Door staff provided by Darkstro Guards are fully trained and licensed by the Security Industry Authority (SIA), Door staff are available to work at events nationwide. The company is insured for the services rendered,

Door staff will always report for their assigned duties on time and in acceptable attire. Dress code is generally black suit/jacket, black shirt and tie.

Our staff understand that whilst on duty, they are the first impression customers will have of your venue or event. With this in mind they will ensure appropriate customer services is provided whilst ensuring that their duties are performed accordingly.

To suit your requirements, our staff will always complete security checks before starting and during their duties. These include among others:

  • Check fire exits to ensure they are clear.
  • Check relevant equipment and appliances to ensure they are in working order and safe.
  • Ensure customers and venue staff are accounted for with a tally counter as per the license requirements.
  • All incidents are recorded and documented as required.

​Our door staff will ensure:

  • The smooth running and operation of the venue/event
  • Control and monitor all entrances and exits.
  • Conduct searches as required, professionally and politely.
  • Ensure customers have a positive experience in a safe environment.
  • Provide crowd control to ensure noises are kept at a minimum and disturbances are prevented.

  • Level 2 Award in Door Supervision
  • Conflict Management for Door Supervisors
  • Physical Intervention Skills
  • Company Induction Programme
  • Level 2 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work
  • Level 2 Award in Customer Service
  • Level 2 Award in Fire Safety
  • Vulnerable People Training
  • Venue Familiarisation /Orientation
  • Additional Training – as required/requested by client
